Jonathan Hurteau (he/Him)
I’m currently a graduate student in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at New Mexico Highlands University, and I bring nearly seven years of experience as an integral coach. My work is grounded in a holistic, person-centered approach- meaning I see people as more than just thoughts or symptoms, but as whole human beings shaped by their body, emotions, relationships, and life experience. At the core of my work is creating a space where you don’t have to perform, fix yourself, or have it all figured out- just a place where you can show up honestly and be met there.
A big part of my approach is somatic, including over six years of breathwork practice. I’m especially passionate about helping people reconnect with their bodies, because so many of us were never taught how to actually listen to what we’re feeling- we just learned to push through, overthink, or disconnect.
I’m drawn to working with adults who are navigating anxiety, stress, burnout, relationship challenges, or moments in life where something just feels off. Often, that shows up as feeling stuck in your head, disconnected from yourself, or unsure how to move forward even when part of you knows something needs to change.
