Our Services

Our goal is to offer real, effective support using evidence-based practices, whether you’re seeking individual or couples counseling. Our therapists work with a variety of concerns and are here to help you feel supported every step of the way. We provide Spanish and English- speaking services and approach our work with cultural awareness and respect. We are committed to creating a safe, welcoming space for clients from marginalized communities, including LGBTQ+ individuals and those facing unique or sensitive challenges. We see clients ages 6+.

  • Individual counseling is a space for you to slow down, reflect, and work through what’s been weighing on you. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just not like yourself, we’re here to support you with practical tools and a compassionate, nonjudgmental approach. Our work is grounded in evidence-based practices while still honoring your unique experiences and goals.

Our clinicians are trained in Gestalt and EFT-informed practices, helping couples deepen emotional awareness, strengthen connection, and communicate in more meaningful and effective ways. If there’s a specific approach you feel drawn to, feel free to mention it when you reach out to schedule, we’re happy to help connect you with a clinician who offers that type of work.
