I am a bilingual therapist based in Albuquerque, NM, committed to providing compassionate, culturally responsive, and client-centered care. I was born in a small town in Mexico and raised in New Mexico, where I developed a strong connection to the people and community that shaped me. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of New Mexico and my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from New Mexico Highlands University.

I work with adolescents and adults, offering individual and couples therapy to support clients facing anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, trauma, life transitions, men’s issues, and relationship challenges. I take a trauma-informed, holistic approach to therapy, integrating evidence-based practices such as  Client Centered, CBT, mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing,, and EMDR. My style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that every client has the capacity for healing and growth.

I am passionate about creating a safe and inclusive space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to navigate life’s challenges. I value the therapeutic relationship as a foundation for change and tailor each session to the unique needs and goals of the individual. My mission is to help you build resilience, gain insight, and reconnect with your sense of self and purpose.
