A Bit About Dallas

As a New Mexico native, I enjoy the state's natural beauty alongside my dogs, Kovu and Milo. My therapeutic practice is centered on authenticity, compassion, and genuine connection. I am dedicated to providing a safe, encouraging environment where every individual's story is valued as they work toward healing and personal growth. By working collaboratively with couples, young adults, and teenagers, I help my clients navigate life's complexities to achieve enduring progress.

I utilize a client-centered and systemic approach, recognizing that while individuals are the primary guides of their own lives, they occasionally benefit from professional support. I consider how various external factors influence a person's path and address these through either family or individual therapy. I frequently integrate Mindfulness-Based Somatic Emotional Processing (MBSEP) to provide clients with effective somatic and grounding techniques.

I hold a certification in Reconsolidation of Traumatic Memories (RTM) and apply this specialized training to assist clients managing symptoms of post-traumatic stress. Alongside various other trauma-informed interventions, RTM serves as an effective resource for providing meaningful relief and support during the healing process.
